When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. Unique Occasions is pleased to accept returns for unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items up to 10 days after you receive your order. Please submit all return requests by email to email@example.com. For detailed return instructions please see How to Return an Item. Items that are personalized may not be returned. Items postmarked after the event date will not be accepted for return.
You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Returns are also subject to a 10% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded.
Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 10 days of receipt of your order. Unique Occasions will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of Unique Occasions, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information Unique Occasions received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted. Personalized orders are only accepted online.
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please clearly mark this RAC number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be returned in their original product packaging, and shipped to the address specified. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RAC number. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive from anywhere in the country.
Any packages sent to Unique Occasions without the RAC number clearly marked on the package, or more than ten (10) days after RAC number was issued, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender's expense and another RAC will have to be issued. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Items returned with out prior authorization by the Returns department may be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers may not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until the customer contacts the Returns department. Unauthorized returns on non-returnable items may be disposed of. Unique Occasions reserves the right to deny any return..
Actual Shipping Costs:
Returned orders that recieved free shipping may incur actual shipping costs if not covered by the restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
